We are looking for a qualified professional for our open Member Solution Center Representative position at our Arnold, MO corporate office to deliver high-quality customer service to both internal and external members as defined by our excellent service standards.
What is this position responsible for?
- Respond to member inquiries regarding interest rates, credit union hours, direct deposits, available funds, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and credit union products and services.
- Provide email, phone, chat, and video (including Interactive Teller Machine) support to both internal and external members.
- Assist with automated systems, including phone software, online and mobile banking, bill pay, and remote deposit capture.
- Ensure digital and virtual communications are routed correctly and all technologies are fully utilized to maximize member service and staff productivity.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to members when applicable.
Requirements
What skills does this position require?
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two to five years of related work experience.
- Demonstrate strong solution-oriented skills.
- Strong interpersonal/member service skills, including oral and written communication.
- Well-organized with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and utilizing multiple systems consecutively.
- Good understanding of ACD, phone systems, and phone centers.
- A basic understanding of consumer lending, VISA, home banking, bill pay, and electronic services a plus.
