ARServices is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to work in the Millington, TN area.
ARServices is working with Deputy Chief of Naval Operations, PMT/Chief of Naval Personnel (DCNO(N1)/CNP) to transform their Human Resources (HR) organization into a world-class personnel organization. A significant milestone is to deliver an enhanced HR customer experience via a tiered shared service model using industry standard HR IT applications. ARServices serves as a key advisor to N1 leadership, providing change management, communications, and training to stakeholders to help prepare the entire organization for new systems and processes to ensure that they are successfully implemented and sustained over time. This is a hybrid position (Millington, TN).

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate across workstreams to build familiarity and awareness of pending HR systems, processes, and organizational changes. Work with organizational stakeholders and N1 team members to develop Organizational Change Management (OCM) scoping documents and supporting products establishing:
- Plans and products for internal and external communications.
- Training plans and products tailored for each category of stakeholder.
- Identification of, and ability to leverage change agents.
- The successful candidate will be able to develop quality PowerPoint, Word, and Excel documents to deliver to the N1 client.
Security Clearance Requirement:
Active/current Secret clearance is required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint (Advanced), Excel (Intermediate) and Word (Advanced).
- Must be able to communicate effectively and be comfortable working individually and in team environments.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills.
- Experience working with senior DOD officials.
- Experience with military HR service delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 years of relevant experience delivering or implementing new HR services in large organizations, and ability to work well with limited supervision.
- Previous work in Navy pay and personnel systems; senior Navy HR NCO.
- Experience with workforce planning and transition.
- Experience with organizational transformation process.
- Communications strategy development experience.
