What You’ll Be Doing
CRM Management & Optimization
- Own and optimize the Global Partnerships CRM system to ensure data integrity and seamless reporting
- Continuously refine workflows to enhance efficiency and support strategic objectives
Sales Performance & Data Insights
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, delivering insights that drive business decisions
- Develop dynamic dashboards that provide visibility into key metrics, sales trends, and progress toward goals
- Identify revenue growth opportunities and pipeline optimization strategies based on data-driven analysis
Industry & Market Research
- Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting research on the art, luxury, and cultural sectors
- Use insights to refine commercial strategies and support partnership pitch development
Financial Oversight & Margin Control
- Ensure financial accuracy in all partnership proposals
- Oversee margin control to align commercial deals with Art Basel’s financial objectives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., finance, marketing, sales) to align reporting and commercial strategy
- Serve as the go-to data expert within the Global Partnerships team
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, finance, or a related field
- Several years of experience in commercial analysis, CRM management, or business intelligence - ideally within art, luxury, culture, or events
- CRM expertise (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) with a strong understanding of data management and optimization
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to generate actionable insights
- Financial acumen with experience in margin control and profitability analysis
- Strong communication & collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and present data-driven recommendations
- An analytical and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $100,000 - $105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
