Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, including Aloha POS.
- Provide detailed menu descriptions and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Buss tables promptly to ensure cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns regarding their meals.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance guest experience.
- Uphold dining standards in service quality, appearance, and etiquette.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, especially in breakfast restaurant .
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and basic math skills for handling transactions effectively.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
