Job Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Signage Installer to join our team. This role involves installing and servicing various types of signage, including channel letters, monument signs, pylon signs, and LED displays. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working at heights in the Florida Weather. This position requires approximately 75% travel within the state of Florida, with per diem provided for overnight trips.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and service illuminated and non-illuminated signage.
- Operate bucket trucks, cranes, and lifts.
- Read and interpret site plans, structural engineering and work orders.
- Ensure proper wiring and electrical connections for illuminated signage when required.
- Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site.
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in excellent working condition.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sign installation or a related field.
- Proficiency in power tools, electrical wiring, and metal fabrication.
- Clean driving record required.
- CDL
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and endure outdoor conditions.
- Steel-toe work boots or comparable protective footwear required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Approximately 75% travel within Florida required, with per diem provided for overnight trips.
