We’re seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Partner to join our vibrant HR Team in NYC in our brand-new office in the heart of SoHo.

Wake up for this :

Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to in-depth interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.

Collaborate with the hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Source and manage candidate pools by identifying and approaching active and passive candidates through diverse channels.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to include professional networking, direct sourcing, employee referral programs, and social media to focus on a diverse pool of talent.

Participate in HR related projects and / or perform other tasks as required.

Think outside the box and be creative to always find new channels and sources and optimize our processes.

Requirements

5 years of recruiting experience for a startup, tech, or SaaS organization.

2 years of experience recruiting for Sales teams.

Proven track record of success owning the entire recruiting process.

Proficiency in working with various sourcing tools and methodologies to identify and attract top talents.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.

Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

This position has a salary range of $100,000 to $120,000. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York, New York.
