Party Host

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Art Party Host to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for guests during events and parties. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage various aspects of event coordination. Duties

• Welcome guests and ensure they feel comfortable and engaged throughout the event.
• Lead art projects, activities and games.
• Manage event timelines to ensure all activities run smoothly.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of events, including decorations and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
• Collaborate and delegate with team members to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the party area during and after events.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently if required.
• Create projects and prep for upcoming Events.

Experience
Candidates should possess a combination of the following skills and experiences:

• Background in art, teaching or experience hosting parties is preferred.
• Strong public speaking abilities to engage with guests effectively.
• Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in a resort or similar setting.
• Experience working with children, ensuring their safety and enjoyment during events.
• Proficiency in cash handling for managing payments if necessary.
• Excellent customer service skills to create positive interactions with all guests.
• Key Holder position. Must be able to open, set up and break down events.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
