dental-focused agency in Kansas City. Our founders were tired of seeing dentists suffer through the frustration of paying way too much money for mediocre and mundane marketing.

Job Description
The function of the Sales Manager is to seek, contact, and negotiate with potential customers and attain the sales for Art of Dental Marketing, LLC to achieve or exceed the budgeted individual sales and profits as presented by the Chief Operating Officer.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include the following; other duties may be assigned.
- Contact a sufficient number of potential customers in order to achieve a volume of sales needed to meet all personal and company sales goals as established and presented by the Chief Operating Officer.
- Read and understand all the policies and procedures concerning the sales department and ensure that these are being followed.
- Properly service existing accounts to ensure that they are maintained and promote additional sales.
- Meet the outcome goals established by the Chief Operating Officer.
- Complete all required reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Always remembering that the FIRST PRIORITY IS THE CUSTOMER, and the Sales group are here to fully support that priority with quality products and service second to none.
- Remains visible in the community and in the market place in which the company operates and provides a positive and professional image for Art of Dental Marketing, LLC.
- Respond to all emails from potential customers.
- Perform a qualify procedure on all prospective customers.
- Send Brochure and other marketing martial to prospective customers and follow up on all after marketing material has been sent to increase prospective customers.
- Responds to enquiries and answers questions for prospective customers.
- Make arrangements for prospective customers to call current customers for references.
- Develop and send closing documents to Prospect.
- Introduce new customers to staff.
- Research and travel to new markets and trade shows when required by the Chief Operating Officer and meet with new prospective customers.
- Maintains accurate and up to date lists with detailed information to be reported on a weekly sales report.
- Ensures that all company transactions are conducted in an ethical and prudent manner.
- Settle all potential customers’ complaints at this level and seek guidance of the Chief Operating Officer as required.
- Maintains a well-groomed, professional appearance appropriate for the position and in the normal situations in which the Sales personnel may be involved.
- Follows all instructions (written and verbal) as given by the Chief Operating Officer.
- Remains in constant contact with the established potential customer base to ensure their satisfaction with the company's services and products.
- Maintains or exceeds the assigned level of customer sales volume and profit margin, per quotas and company levels of profitability. Profit Margins cannot go below certain established guidelines, if they do, then commission paid may be effected.
- Meets and/or communicates regularly with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure proper information flow and adherence to stated goals and objectives.
- Develops systems or procedures for following through on leads, contacts and commitments.
- Completes and submits all reports required and requested in a complete and timely manner, i.e. WEEKLY SALES REPORTS, etc.
- Ensures the procurement of potential customers by whatever appropriate means, including but not limited to company furnished internet, direct mail, advertising, promotions, referrals and direct sales calls.
- Ensures that an accurate recording system is maintained on all correspondence submitted to the potential customers.
- Follows all the company and departmental Operating Procedures and policies.
- Develops and implements effective and efficient sales programs with the concurrence of the Chief Operating Officer.
- Support and enforce the use of the functional organization structure.
- Network with current customer for leads to new customers.
- Send new customers information on company services.
- Assist customers with questions and concerns about the Company.
- Ensures all information pertinent to a particular deal is communicated to the other departments, if the deal is questionable towards payment, margins, or other barriers preventing a smooth sales and customer delivery process.
- Cooperates fully with other personnel in the various departments of Art of Dental Marketing, LLC conducting business in an effective and efficient manner, with full disclosure as to client expectations.
- Ensures the accuracy and completeness of all required paperwork submitted and other information.
- And other duties and tasks as may be directed from time to time by the Chief Operating Officer.
