Art of Drawers - Atlanta | Installation Trainer
About the Role:
We are looking for an Installation Trainer to join our team at Art of Drawers - Atlanta in Marietta, GA. As the Installation Manager, you will play a key role in training and developing our installation team to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for training our installation team in both our corporate market of Atlanta and our franchise partners nationwide, as well as assisting with installations as needed in any market. Expected travel is around 25% with paid company expenses.
Responsibilities:
- Train new and existing installation independent contractors on proper installation techniques and procedures
- Develop and implement training programs and materials
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to installation contractors, Franchise Partners, and Designers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Assist with evaluating and improving installation processes
- Assist with training on new products in all markets
- Complete warehouse setups for new franchise partners
- Complete and assist in showroom display setups in new markets
Requirements:
- Prior experience in installation and/or training
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and quality
- Strong computer skills including CRM, Powerpoint, and Google. Drafting skills are a bonus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of industry best practices and safety standards

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
