- Create prototypes of new features or lessons and conduct usability testing with real students and parents.
- Use quantitative methods to understand how users are interacting with the platform (e.g., time spent on lessons, quiz scores) and qualitative methods to dig deeper into user satisfaction, understanding, and learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with a team of curriculum experts, artists, designers, and engineers to deliver product enhancements and new features.
- Share insights and resources with our separate Beast Academy Classroom team, which is developing a full-curriculum system based on Beast Academy.
- Coordinate with other departments, including marketing, sales, and customer success, to achieve strategic objectives.
