Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Taylor, TX. The Print Specialist will be responsible for operating printing equipment which include HP flatbed printers, HP latex printers and plotters and ensuring high-quality output. The role also includes collaborating with the design team to produce custom signage solutions.
- The operation of various printing machines and maintenance minimizing downtime
- Oversee the prepress process, including file preparation and color management
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure typography and print advertising elements are accurately represented in final products.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaboration and communication with the design team
Qualifications
- Experience with large format printers, print production or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Experience operating forklifts is desirable but not mandatory; training may be provided.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
