FT Position - Bakery Lead
Description : Art’s Cafe is seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for sourdough baking, local grains, bakery production, pastry and business development / leadership
Responsibilities :
- Lead the daily production of sourdough breads including determining batch sizes, mixing, shaping, baking
- Ensure consistency in bread production from mix to bake
- Support staff involved in pastry production to ensure quality and consistency
- Refine systems
- Work with the bread team to expand skills and product offerings
- Supporting offsite sales / marketing efforts
