Wood Finisher

We are seeking an experienced Finisher to join our team, specializing in polyester and polyurethane finishes. Key Responsibilities:

• Apply and finish polyester and polyurethane coatings to a variety of surfaces, ensuring a smooth, flawless finish.
• Sand and prep surfaces to perfection, ensuring an even, smooth base for finishing.
• Mix and apply stains and colors, with a deep understanding of how to achieve the desired look and finish.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure that all finishing tasks align with project timelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in finishing, specifically with polyester and polyurethane.
• Strong understanding of sanding techniques and creating smooth, sanded surfaces.
• Experience with stains, colors, and achieving desired finishes.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering the highest quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and practices.
