What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fine Dining Wait Staff position at Arta's Italian?
Experienced servers are needed at Livingston County's newest casual fine dining restaurant!
Unlike other establishments, we focus on quality of service rather than high-volume sales and table turnover, which ensures that the entire dining experience is more relaxed and enjoyable for our guests AND our staff.
A typical day at Arta's includes: Providing five star guest service, set up and/or cleanup of work station, brewing and handling hot coffee/espresso/tea, taking guest orders and answering questions about our cuisine, delivering food to guests (when food runner isn't available), setting up tables, polishing cutlery and glassware, sweeping and/or vacuuming floors, processing orders and cashing out orders with our MICROS operating system.

We are accepting applications for both part-time and full time servers. Salary ranges from $25,000 to $50,000 per year (includes tips), based on how many hours are worked. $4.74 per hour base pay. Most servers earn around $150 to $200 per shift after tips.
Lunch and dinner shifts are available.
