Client Engagement Specialist

This is a sales-focused role combining inbound inquiries and proactive outreach. You’ll handle inquiries from artists and galleries, guide prospects through the sales process, and collaborate with Account Executives and the Customer Success team to ensure success. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while contributing to the growth of a dynamic company.

This role is the first point of contact for galleries and artists, setting the tone for their experience and building trust from day one.
● Full ownership of inbound lead communications through Hubspot integrated chat and email.
○ Manage inbound sales inquiries and trial signups for artists, handling the full sales cycle.
○ Manage inbound sales inquiries and trial signups for galleries, qualifying gallery leads and directing to either an Account Executive-led demo or successful sign-up.
● Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new sales opportunities for galleries, driving to Account Executive-led demos.
● Achieve quarterly and monthly targets for prospect engagement and lead qualification.
● Gather and communicate feedback from artists and galleries to inform product enhancements.
● Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline stages within CRM.
● Build trust quickly with prospects and maintain consistent follow-ups.
● Participate in structured training programs designed for professional growth.
You’re positive, proactive, and thrive on agency, eager to advance your marketing and sales journey.
● 1–2 years of professional experience in a high-paced organization in inbound sales, B2B sales, B2B marketing, or customer service.
● Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, relationship-building approach.
● Strong sense of ownership and urgency in communicating and driving customer outcomes.
● Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for learning and growth.
● Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple customer opportunities effectively.
● Adaptable, curious, and excited to grow in a fast-changing environment.
● Excited to work in a hybrid office setup in the Atlanta area, with 3-5 days per week in the office.
● Interest in the art world or related industries (experience is helpful but not necessary).
