Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our sales efforts and build strong relationships with our dealer network and customers. This role involves proactive outreach, responding to inquiries, data entry, shipping management, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist in managing dealer accounts by providing product information, pricing, and quotes.
- Customer Service and Account Management: Must be able to manage an assigned customer account deck for all customer service and sales needs. Will be responsible for engagement and management during the entire life cycle of customer orders.
- Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions.
- Order Management: Process and monitor orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Freight: Manage shipping needs of customer orders including LTL and dedicated truck loads.
- Collaboration: Partner with outside sales representatives, marketing, and operations teams to support sales initiatives.
- Team Player: Must be able to collaborate with many different teams and individuals within Artcobell to address customer needs or concerns.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency while managing seasonal needs and busy workload during peak season.
- Adaptability and Multitasking: Must be able to respond quickly, effectively, and can adapt to ambiguous situations and stay organized.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product offerings and trends in educational furniture.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 years in inside sales, customer service, or related field (experience in the furniture or education industry is a plus).
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, order management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Training and Presentation: Comfortable with public speaking via teleconference or in person and proficient with presentation tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Teams.
- Education: Bachelors preferred or equivalent in on-the-job experience.
