We specialize in high-end, custom installations that transform commercial spaces, including specialty wood walls, custom millwork, glass staircases, and other architectural features.

Your Role and Responsibilities :
- Masterful Installations : Install custom features such as specialty wood walls, intricate millwork, glass staircases, and other architectural elements—always focusing on precision, finish, and durability.
- Lead with Quality : Manage a team of 2-4 skilled professionals, ensuring that each installation meets our rigorous quality standards. Lead by example with attention to detail and a commitment to perfection.
- Client Satisfaction : Work closely with clients to ensure their vision is executed flawlessly. Your ability to produce impeccable results will leave them with no doubts that they chose the best.
- Zero Punch Items : Ensure projects are completed with as close to zero punch list items as possible, delivering work that doesn’t just meet expectations but exceeds them .
- Clean and Orderly Job Sites : Take pride in leaving the job site clean and organized after each project. Your attention to cleanliness reflects the care we put into every installation.
- Adhere to Safety Standards : Work safely and in compliance with all safety regulations, including OSHA and local codes, ensuring both your well-being and the quality of our work environment.
- Accurate Time Estimates : Provide realistic and reliable time estimates for each project. Focus on delivering high-quality work on schedule, without cutting corners.
