Our ideal candidate will have one to two years of prior apartment leasing experience, exceptional professionalism, a strong closing ratio, and superb customer service skills.

As a Leasing Specialist, your responsibilities will include engaging potential residents, conducting property tours, and building strong relationships with clients to convert interest into signed leases. We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and has a knack for making genuine connections.

Responsibilities
- Present apartments/facilities to prospective tenants in a friendly and persuasive manner
- Assist in discovering suitable tenants
- Phone, email, and in person correspondence
- Promote unoccupied units via social media and advertising platforms
- Provide accurate information on the different features of units and facilities
- Validate application information and references
Job Requirements/Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and well-rounded time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Hold or be wiling to obtain Fair Housing course certification
- Working knowledge of social media outlets and Microsoft Office applications
- Possess an ability to work independently and thrive as part of a team
- Appfolio experience is a plus
