Artcraft Management is growing and currently reviewing applications for a Maintenance Technician/ Unit Turn Technician in Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in maintenance, repair, in preferably a property management setting.

Responsibilities and Skills:
- Hard working & Energetic
- Attending to routine and sometimes emergency maintenance calls
- Ability to work as an individual but also be a team player
- Assist with preventative maintenance
- Maintain Grounds
- Trash Pickup
- Paint interior/exterior walls
- Assist in trashing out vacant units as needed
- Turning vacant apartments in preparation for new tenants
- Minor Repairs as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education & Experience:
- Must hold valid driver's license with good record (required)
- Prior Residential repairs knowledge (Plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
- HVAC certification and experience is a plus!
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous maintenance experience is required
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull 25 – 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, kneel, reach, climb, and crouch
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of potential weather conditions
