Job Description:
- Gain market share at our client(s) by increasing headcount, revenue, and gross margins.
- Meet with client Hiring Managers daily to develop lasting relationships
- Manage the Artech's engagement and client relationship through all phases of service delivery.
- Create and execute client contact and sales strategies to reach decision-makers.
- Secure new business opportunities by differentiating Artech services from all others
- Build, maintain and report on your sales pipeline for the account(s).
- Manage, track and report on delivery team's service execution within client SLA's.
- Effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of requisitions/job orders
- Work closely with delivery team to communicate and ensure client requirements are met by identified candidates.
- Bachelor's Degree in BS/BA/B.Tech desired
- 2 plus years of direct sales experience with at least 1 year of work experience within a Technical Staffing environment
- Must have direct client contact experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong networking and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
