Role Overview:
The Senior Recruiter manages the end-to-end recruitment process in partnership with HR, supporting business strategies through effective talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to manage full-cycle recruitment, including job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and diversity initiatives.
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates to deliver qualified talent.
- Provide timely feedback, manage candidate offers, and share market insights with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and best practices.
- Manage relationships with agencies, participate in diversity recruiting events, and mentor team members.
- Uphold ethical standards, compliance, and risk management in all recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on senior hires.
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, direct sourcing, and social media recruitment.
- Proven ability to manage complex hiring processes and diverse talent pools.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
