Title : Account Coordinator
Duration : thru May 31, with possible extension or conversion to perm
Start date : 2-24
Hybrid? 3 days in office (Tues / Weds / Thurs), and 2 days remote (Mon / Fri)
Hours : 8-5, but some flexibility
Location : Alpharetta GA
Rate : $21 / hr. on W2.
Training 1 week onsite
Reason for opening : The department is migrating from old systems onto new systems and it s causing an increase of questions from our customers.
Day to day : This person will be emailing with customers (Dealerships and Leasing companies), answering questions and responding to customer requests. They will be trained on how to respond, some customer questions include : how to terminate a vehicle, update customer address, when will my vehicle be ready, etc.
Responsibilities : This person will be assisting with data entry (of dates and addresses) and data validation (making sure details are correct). Data Entry within Excel.
Looking for someone who has used a web portal, software, can they manage Excel, someone that s can deal with ambiguity it takes time to research things and provide responses back.
Must haves : Bachelors degree

JOB OVERVIEW
The Account Coordinator - Network is responsible for providing service and support to our Network partners and our mutual end customers in the Network program, offering proactive service excellence through efficient and effective responses. The coordinator will prioritize and follow through on multiple responsibilities from external partners and customers and internal Network team requests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Work collaboratively with the Network team on job-related functions, related to the Network partners and clients.
- Support daily requests through utilization of Network s client interface software-ePlan, SalesForce, ServiceCloud, and other client management tools.
- Manage Network program inbox with client and partner email inquiries and salesforce tickets, responding within the requested program timelines.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure new prospective customers go through the approval and onboarding process in a timely manner.
- Communicate client requests internally and coordinate the successful achievement of these requests.
- Complete all tasks as outlined in Roles and Responsibilities document.
- Other duties assigned to ensure overall departmental efficiency.
