JOB DESCRIPTION : The Administrator must have a foundational understanding of legal interpretation and a general knowledge of other departmental functions to effectively review lease contracts and handle invoicing. Additionally, the Administrator should have exceptional customer service skills to interact with internal and external customers through email, phone, or mail, particularly when additional research or clarification is needed to locate Fixed Asset numbers or site information. The Administrator also acts as the point of contact for outside vendors engaged for temporary assignments. They may work independently on special projects and will perform other Lease Administration duties as assigned by the manager.
