Company is looking for an Assembler for Day Shift. This person will be responsible for but not limited to :
- Perform wedge bond gold wire on modules and top-level assemblies per MIL-STD-883 specifications.
- Perform ball bond gold wire on modules and top-level assemblies per MIL-STD-883 specifications.
- Gap weld gold ribbons using parallel gap and thermocompression techniques.
- Perform Bond Pull, destruct, and non-destruct per MIL-STD-883 specifications.
- Perform die shear per MIL-STD-883 specifications.
- Perform die attach using epoxy, gold-tin, gold germanium, and gold-silicon performs.
- Perform substrate attach to carriers using epoxy, gold-tin, gold-germanium, and gold silicone performs.
- Perform 100% in-process inspection at each assigned process step.
- Perform rework as directed by Process Engineering and Supervisor.
- Clean parts using solvent-based and plasma cleaning technologies.
