Business Systems Analyst Sr.
Provide locations / flexible work by preference :
1. Pittsburgh, PA (preferred location)
2. Charlotte, NC / Strongsville, OH / Dallas, TX / Birmingham, AL
Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 remote
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Length of Assignment : 12 Months with possible conversion
Initiatives / Projects : These roles will support funded projects to transition from our current state FICO credit decisioning platform to the next generation cloud-based FICO solution.
Industry background : Financial Services, Consumer Lending, Corporate Banking, Mortgage
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Epic / CR Ownership
a. Elicit requirements
b. Design document review / Translate requirements into user stories
c. User story writing
d. Lead refinement sessions
e. Capture stakeholder refinement / demo approvals for inclusion in Jira story
2. Sprint Planning Participation
3. FICO Responsibilities / Jira Board Maintenance
a. Enter CRs on FICO jira board
b. Enter defects
c. Simulation requests
d. External parameter updates
e. Requests for OMDM comparison reports
f. Researching OMDM transactions to triage application issues with the crew
g. Other research requests
h. Coordinating monthly changes (CCC / BCC coding groups)
4. Meeting documentation (Meeting Notes, Next Steps, Take Aways, Distribution)
5. Desktop and procedure documentation (i.e. FICO UI documentation)
a. Process mapping / flows
6. DI Wing documentation
a. Release summary support
b. Post production validation support
c. Pre-release communications support
d. Post release communications support
e. Input subtasks including forecasted time and actual time
f. Design document - Coordinate review and approval with FICO and Experian Design Documents
7. Release
a. Available on Teams / Participation in Release night activities
b. Checking email / Teams

d. Next morning validation (if necessary)
8. Subject matter expert on credit decisioning / fraud decisioning / pricing
