I am currently recruiting for a Contract Analyst I for one of our direct clients in the US. Below are the specs for the role :
Job Title : Contract Analyst I
Work Location : Little Rock, AR (Remote role but need to be located within 65 miles of Little Rock)
Duration of Assignment : 6 Months Contract to Hire
Job Description :
Key technologies : Microsoft Office (word, outlook excel) and Adobe
Nice to haves : Contract review experience, redlining, negotiating skills, critical thinking
Interview process : In person (Wednesdays). Test – error test and a written test before in person interview. If they pass, they will move forward with interview. (Expect a second interview).
Associate Contract Analyst is responsible assisting with the administration, implementation, and quality control of all contracts, including the maintenance of all contract related databases. This role provides support to the enterprise regarding contract management ensuring that the final contract is professional, adheres to practice standards and company policy, and protects enterprise from reputational and financial risk.

This is entry level role. Candidate will have opportunity to move up the ladder. They handle MSA, SOW agreements. They get lot of IT contracts.
