Job Title : Contract Coordinator

Lead contract coordination and management for complex projects. Manage and coordinate contracts for various projects and departments. Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters. Play a key role in contract negotiation and drafting. Monitor and track changes to contracts, including amendments. Negotiate and finalize complex contracts. Collaborate with legal and procurement teams on contract matters. Assess and mitigate contract-related risks. Provide guidance on contract-related issues to project teams. Develop and maintain a comprehensive contract database. Develop and implement contract management strategies. Analyze and evaluate contract performance and compliance. Assist in contract dispute resolution efforts. Mentor junior contract coordinators. Assess and mitigate high-level contract risks. Oversee contract compliance and performance. Resolve escalated contract disputes and issues. Drive continuous improvement in contract management processes. Act as a subject matter expert in contract administration. Provide training and guidance to contract coordinators and project teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the System Owner to plan and coordinate maintenance activities for the assigned system.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted safely and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Administer and oversee the Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) process to ensure the safety of personnel during maintenance operations.
- Manage Confined Space Entry permits, ensuring all safety protocols are followed and proper documentation is maintained.
- Oversee the issuance and management of Open Hole permits, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Complete and maintain accurate shift reports, documenting all maintenance activities, incidents, and observations.
- Communicate effectively with maintenance teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of maintenance tasks.
- Identify and report any potential safety hazards or compliance issues to the System Owner and relevant authorities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and plans.
- Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and other relevant activities to stay updated on best practices and regulatory changes.
