Job Title : EHS Specialist

Location : Cranberry Township, PA 16066

Duration : 12 Months Contract.

Job Description :

• Administer programs to support EHS programs at PWS Cranberry. Coordinate EHS training efforts for RTC PWS including coordinating trainers, content review / development, conducting tracking, administration of training systems.
• Assist with the maintenance of measures for tracking EHS performance.
• Actively participate in activities to drive improvement supporting a strong EHS culture.
• Maintain systems and electronic tools for EHS processes or recordkeeping (i.e. SDS database, incident database, IH records, electronic workflows, etc.)
• Support PPE program and vendor relationships. Coordinate and / or conduct routine EHS inspections. Support PWS EHS team as a technical resource.
• Assist with site risk assessments and mitigation through established processes (i.e. ESRs, NMPRs, etc.). Coordinate efforts for hazard assessments.
• Maintain a current knowledge of environment, safety & health laws and regulations.
• Support PWS emergency preparedness and response. Serve as on-call emergency support.
• Schedule and track drug screenings for employees working at customer sites, including ordering CCS cards.
• Order and track prescription safety eyeglasses orders. Schedule and host CPR / AED / First Aid training on monthly basis.
• Assist with NERC background checks for employees working at customer sites. Assist with maintaining site security system (e.
