Job Title : EDI Mapping Analyst
Location : Raleigh, NC
Duration : 08 Months (Possible extension)
We are seeking a top-notch EDI Mapping Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Create and maintain EDI maps using tools like Seeburger BIC Mapping design
- Perform requirement analysis, design of the EDI maps.
- Convert data between different formats, (e.g. X12, EDIFACT, XML, CSV)
- Develop custom mapping solutions based on business and trading partners requirements
- Troubleshoot EDI errors, failures, and rejected transactions to ensure smooth data flow.
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize performance and resolve mapping issues
- Ensure compliance with ANSI X12, EDIGFACT and other industry standards
- Maintain EDI documentation, including mapping specifications and guidelines
- Perform unit testing, functional testing, and regression testing for new and updated EDI maps
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
- Work with stakeholders to streamline data exchanges and reduce manual processing
- Interact with external consultants or business partner representatives to complete EDI projects.
- Proven record of good judgment in solving problems and handling challenges.
- Have a working knowledge of EDI transactions sets (e.g. 856, 214, 810, CARDIT, INVOC.)
