Oracle CC&B / C2M DBA
Travel once per month / sometimes twice per month
Coordinate environment planning and setup with the Client Infrastructure DBA team, for existing and new environments
Setup and support Oracle DB environments, Oracle 19c multi-node RAC with ADG on Exadata 9M
Converting existing lower project instances to CDB / PDB or latest Security standards
Mock / Conversion Support along with C2M application Admins
Support DBA Conversion Mock activities (6 Mocks, 3 Dress Rehearsals)
Refresh C2M environments post Mock / Dress Rehearsals
Production, DR Environment Setup and testing
Project Tools Database setup and support
Capacity Planning with Project team and Oracle Specialists
OEM Monitoring
Backup & Recovery Setup and ongoing operations
Oracle Service Requests related to C2M environments
General Environment Maintenance and Support
Approximately 15 C2M Databases / 6 SOA\MFT Databases (on-prem EXA hardware)
CDB / PDB environment re-build
Patching support, Troubleshooting
Edge Systems connectivity setup and access support
DB Security, Encryption and Key management
Performance Tuning support to ensure SLAs, RTO, RPO for recovery and availability
