Job Title : Delivery Coordinator / Picker

Duration : 3 months contract

Location :  Cranston, RI

Job Description :

• Greet dashers & escort them through the store on the best path to find the requested items.
• Ensure all items are picked as requested by the customer.
• Support dashers with delivery issues (e.g. customer cancels the order, red card declines at checkout, etc.)
• Scan inventory in-store to ensure we have an accurate picture of in / out of stock items.
• Support with ad-hoc tasks e.g. photographing items.
• Records numbers, codes or other information.
• May use technology (PCs, scanners, etc.) to complete job tasks.
• TBD - Pending volume / operational complexity] Serve as the designated “picker” for all of the ordered inventory.
• Picker would source all of the items, Dashers would simply come pick up the order.
