Position Title : Project Coordinator II (20 hours week 5 days a week / 4 hours a day flexible)
Length of Contract : 6 months possible extension of contract, 100% Onsite, or Hybrid Onsite Schedule : 100% Onsite
The SharePoint Specialist position requires a balance of technical knowledge, the ability to prioritize support and projects within PDS&T and manage end user expectations. This individual will have strong Client SharePoint skills as it relates to site management and permission administration across 5 different site collections. The role requires responsiveness to end user access requests while executing projects. This individual should be able to create, libraries, lists, pages and workflows within SharePoint. A solid understanding of Client Teams as well as the entire suite of Client Office is required. This is a customer centric position as it requires responses to access requests that will be granted based upon various business restrictions. They will also provide support to users who have questions or would like changes to existing SharePoint assets. This individual will obtain and provide metrics on requests and recommend improvements. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required as there will be significant end user engagement. Additional responsibilities as needed.
