Remote Schedule – Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm.
The pay ranges between $54.00- $59.04 an hour!
TOP 3 MUST HAVE SKILLS :
Excellent organizational skills.
Pharma industry experience.
Knowledge of process of conducting real world studies.
Required Skills :
University Degree in business or healthcare and related fields.
3-4 years of Project Management.
2 years of experience in healthcare, Life science, or the pharma industry.
Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Project management software knowledge is a plus.
PMP certifications is a plus.
Project D escription :
As an RWE (Real world evidence) Project Manager at Client, you will be responsible for :
Project managing RWE study execution processes, Including contracting, study kickoff, protocol documentation, study conduct, report completion, publication activities, and study closure.
Collaborating with study teams and using PM best practices methodologies to support study scoping through to publication.
Managing Project Milestones, documentation and updating status in a timely manner.
Ensuring effective cross functional communications to achieve project milestones and resolve issues.
Coordinating reports, reviews and results read out meetings.
Supporting slides preparations and coordinating with the publication teams to create and manage publication timelines introducing and implementing program management best practices to business as appropriate.
Connecting with the project team members to ensure efficient collaboration and effective communication.
Partnering closely with the client stakeholders to understand their project management needs and identify areas for improvement.
This 12 month position starts ASAP.
