Our Trust and Safety team has the critical responsibility of protecting users by ensuring online safety by fighting web abuse and fraud. On this team, you're a big-picture thinker and strategic leader. You understand the user's point of view and are passionate about using your combined technical, sales and customer service acumen to protect our users.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities :
- Arbitrate decisions at scale to ensure the highest quality decisions are passed in model training and human review operations.
- Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis identifying systemic policy gaps by analysing across gray areas, misses and insights.
- Propose and / or implement corrective actions based on RCAA insights across, vendor partners, processes and policy owners.
