Description
COUNTRY Financial is seeking a highly skilled Senior MuleSoft Developer to join our Application Development Integration Tools team. The team focuses on integrating on-premise and cloud-based systems which are the core of COUNTRY's operations. This senior developer role will act as a real-time integrations development subject matter expert utilizing MuleSoft with primary responsibilities including designing solutions, translating business requirements, developing, documenting, testing, and troubleshooting COUNTRY’s integration environment. You will have to adhere to best practices and standards for code development and also complete secure code training to comply with our security policies. You will also participate in architecture, design and code reviews as well as develop and maintain operational along with system level documentation. In addition, you will be asked to analyze system components to find causes of errors and revise integration patterns as needed.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience developing with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, designing and developing MuleSoft APIs and integrations for enterprise systems, deploying MuleSoft applications to production environments, and writing scripts to manage / move / schedule files in accordance with MuleSoft integration.
- Design and implement APIs using MuleSoft AnyPoint Studio, adhering to API-led connectivity principles.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand integration requirements and create detailed technical specifications.
- Optimize integration performance, monitoring for issues, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency.
- Perform data mapping and transformations to ensure accurate and secure data flow across systems.
- Maintain integration documentation, including technical designs and deployment procedures.
- Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and performance standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues, providing support during and after deployment.
- Stay current with the latest MuleSoft features, tools, and best practices.
- Minimum 5 or more years of experience working in a medium or large operating environment supporting MuleSoft.
- Minimum 4 years of SQL experience (ability to develop, modify, troubleshoot, and optimize complex queries and stored procedures).
- Preferred development background with Java, J2EE, database building, SQL scripting, and management : DB2, SQL, PL / SQL, JDBC, mapping, and workflow tools.
- Previous experience in the banking and insurance industry preferred.
