Required Skills :
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
3 years in the food or consumer packaged goods (Client) industry, preferably within supply chain, process management, or project management roles.
o Strong understanding of food manufacturing and end-to-end supply chain operations.
o Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and delivering successful business results.
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
o Strong business acumen, financial understanding, and multitasking abilities.
o Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
o Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Client Project).
The primary role of a supply chain analyst is to assist a company in improving the efficiency of its shipping procedures. Some analysts are primarily consultants who observe operations, report their findings, and make suggestions on how to improve shipping strategies. Others perform more hands-on duties such as checking warehouse inventories, building orders, and directing logistics. All focus on enhancing logistics and ensuring distributors and customers receive accurate, timely orders.
Responsible for development of SKU-level sales forecasts that drive production and meet weekly / monthly / annual objective for replenishment, promotional, and new product launch items.
Review of inventory levels and customer orders across the company s distribution network, recommend system adjustments to achieve high levels of customer service while maintaining a low level of inventory
Run statistical analyses and reports that balance inventory stock levels with internal financial metrics and customer demand
Collaborate with Sourcing / Procurement, Operations, and Sales & Marketing to plan and resolve supply issues as needed
Maintain ownership over entire S&OP from establishing objectives to managing the roll-out, knowledge of continuous improvement best practices is a must
Effectively communicate with internal team members and customers, vendors and inventory planning and replenishment teams in an effort to execute daily operations at the highest levels of customer service
Develop strong supplier relationships, which will foster continuous improvements in communication
Evaluate and measure supplier performance include Supplier Risk review
Identify & develop material savings projects to generate cost savings
Conducts supplier negotiations to ensure cost benefits are realized and sustained
Establish on-going supplier management of key suppliers to proactively manage the business relationships to secure a competitive advantage
Responsible for maintaining vendor relationships, expectation management and issue / conflict resolution with vendor and escalating as necessary to maintain good business relationships with suppliers that will exceed customers expectations.
Support Purchasing Department by working with the vendor to resolve complex performance issues (e.g., quality, delivery, commercial, pricing)
