Title : Systems Integrator
Duration : 12 Months (Contract to Hire)
Location : Brecksville / Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid
Key responsibilities :
Manage implementation projects
As a System Integrator, you'll initiate these TDF intake meetings and complete requirements gathering sessions with those project teams.
The TDF process will finalize system requirements, confirm usage of Client standards, patterns, and architecture along with document outputs of an approved application logical design based on those Client standards, any required Testing documentation, and if applicable, Infrastructure Build Specifications.
All of which are Governance items for onboarding application into Client data centers and the delivery of infrastructure services to the projects.
Our group is also engaged on behalf of the Line of Business teams through either project teams or the Architecture & Engineering groups to help navigate our internal technology infrastructure teams on the delivery and configuration of Infrastructure and Infrastructure services.
The Application Project Manager owns the overall project plan and delivery of the finished product. Our Infrastructure Delivery Factory is a subset of the overall project plan.
To act as a liaison between Application and Technology Infrastructure teams.
We are a knowledge base on Infrastructure delivery processes and guide to Application teams to the correct engagement process or resource connection
We're experts on Client's Technology Delivery process.
At times, we will set up and run working sessions between Application and Infrastructure teams to resolve issues and address questions
We work with infrastructure and application teams to contribute in the creation of new Technology Delivery processes that affect any aspect of the Technology Delivery Factory.
We focus efforts on process improvement to advance new, more efficient solutions, by participating in process improvement discussions while being cognizant of potential issues in our current process which may cause bottlenecks or confusion.
We continue to learn about new Infrastructure engagement processes and technology enablers to the extent that SIs can refer application teams to those resources, assisting in resolving issues, and enabling collaboration.
