Tax Review Accountant
Position Location : 100% Remote
Working Hours (Flexible) : 20hrs / week
OT : no
Travel : no
Length of Assignment : 3 Months with possible extension
Function of the Group : Generating revenue
Initiatives / Projects : 2024 Tax Season
Industry background : accounting, tax accounting, real estate exp
Team Dynamic : For questions go to 5 member team, interactions with finance team, but highly independent work
Roles and Responsibilities :
We are looking for a candidate to conduct tax return reviews in assistance with the fund management team, specifically reviewing form 1065 tax returns. At a minimum, we would be looking for candidates that have form 1065 tax prep and / or review experience with an accounting firm or in a corporate finance function. Ideally, we would desire someone with experience in the commercial real estate and / or construction industries but that is not required.
Must Have Technical Skills :
- 1065 tax prep experience
- Accounting experience
- Detail Oriented

Education / Certifications : Bachelors in finance / accounting or equivalent exp
CPA-nice to have but not required
