Job Description : Key skillsets are :
Must have experience working in a Production Support Environment.
Communication skills are critical, must be technical and be able to interact with client.
- Strong Oracle EBS technical resource with financial modules skill
- Expert in Oracle SQL, PL / SQL,Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML Reports and OAF.
- Expertise in creating interfaces through Standard API's.
- Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating and establishing effective communication between stakeholders
- Ability to drive issues to closure, work directly with business users in issue triaging, analysis etc.,
- Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations and driving future demand.
- Work closely with ATCI AMS team in planning, assigning and prioritizing the tasks.
- Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills, proactive attitude, ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
