Job Description :
- Seeking Payroll Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a global payroll implementation rollout.
- PM is expected to delivery on time, on scope and on budget. You’ll be the driving force for every aspect of a program’s success.
- As the single point of contact to the client, you’ll also be the living embodiment of client’s reputation every day.
- As Project Manager, Working in Human Capital Management you will be supporting various HR services professionals.
- You’ll be leading cross functional global payroll projects that execute global corporate initiatives.
- You will analyze, design and mitigate risks for, various project plans including the coordination of key resources to ensure the delivery of various SLAs, and overall stakeholder satisfaction. Of course, plans often evolve as a project unfolds, so you’ll need to practice continuous structural thinking and take ownership for value delivery, not just task scheduling.
- But as important as planning and organization are, communication is 90% of the job. You’re the single point of contact with all stakeholders, supporting them and ensuring they get what they need.
- You’re also the bridge to every other team on the project, including both technical and account roles.
