Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Analysis Specialist to support our team by accurately entering, managing, and analyzing data across various systems. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work independently in a remote team environment .
Key Responsibilities :
- Accurately input and organize data across multiple computer programs.
- Collect, analyze, and verify data for accuracy, reporting any discrepancies or issues.
- Execute special research and data analysis tasks as needed.
- Run reports and ensure data integrity across shared systems.
- Assist in creating and maintaining departmental procedures and documentation.
- Perform special projects and other assigned tasks to support team objectives.
- Review and process email notifications for data entry, ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain shared files and folder systems used by cross-functional teams.
- Aggregate and finalize various company documents with analytical precision.
- Utilize Adobe Acrobat Pro for document management and production.
Qualifications & Skills :
Education :
Bachelor's degree not required (but preferred).
