Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our organization, benefits coordination and administrative support to the home office.

Responsibilities
-Manage final payroll processes with Paylocity for 8 senior living communities twice monthly.

-Manage current payroll software, set up and maintenance.

-Verify new hire paperwork, status and rate changes.

-Process an approve ESS (Employee Self Service) changes.

-Enter and validate direct deposit information.

-Train users on payroll system.

-Review worker's comp taxes to assure processing is accurate.

-Perform payroll audits and corrections.

-Manage/monitor employee benefit plans with third party provider.

-Manage/Report State mandated retirement plans.

-Complete wage and employment verifications.

-Complete annual EEOC and 1095 reporting requirements.

-Provide backup for accounts payable department.

-Assist accounting supervisor as requested.

-Manage incoming mail (electronically) with print and post provider.

-Manage home office phone lines.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using accounting software and financial tools
- Knowledge of payroll management principles and practices
- Familiarity with Paylocity, Paycom, ADP or similar payroll systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity

-Proficient in Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
