Job Summary:
The Sales Support Representative is responsible for supporting our Account Management team in ensuring accurate order entry and timely fulfillment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Quoting potential customers via phone and email
- Daily communication with the Account Manager regarding accounts at risk or new trends/opportunities
- Serving as the primary contact for key accounts and during the Account Manager's absence
