What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at Artemis Lakefront Cafe?
Artemis Lakefront Café is an individually owned lakefront restaurant in South Lake Tahoe. We are looking for the right candidate to maintain all general operations of the restaurant and contribute to the success of our unique and vibrant brand.
Qualifying Attributes:
3 years experience minimum in food and beverage management.
ABC certification with alcohol service and Food handler certification required, or within 30 days of employment.
Open availability. Mandatory presence on sight all weekends, holidays and summer.
Diplomatic leadership skills. Training, and encouragement. Issues voids, comps, and other tasks on Admin number.
Assists in ordering and Inventory.
Passion for the restaurant industry and ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.
Attention to detail and cleanliness.
Knowledge of safety and sanitary processes. General maintenance skills a plus.
Problem solving skills.
Highly organized and able to handle very high volume.
Networking skills and desire to positively represent our brand within the community.
Supervises FOH volume and helps all staff succeed in their positions.
Provides excellent guest service and relations. ****
