If you enjoy keeping your space tidy and clean, then we want you to work with our terrific team serving a homeowner's community in Clermont, FL. We are currently looking for a part-time Clubhouse Attendant for the community clubhouse, gym, and pool areas. This position is part-time.
Schedule : Thursday-Saturday 9 : 30am-5 : 30pm
Responsibilities include :
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the club facility's interior / exterior to include bathrooms, furniture, gym equipment, and pool deck furniture.
- Assist homeowners with questions regarding the community.
- Answer emails showing excellent customer service
- Wash inside and outside windows and doors.
- Sets up & remove tables, chairs, and equipment for meetings, events, and activities
- Clean up after events as needed
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors
- Report any shortage of janitorial supplies to the Community Manager
- Report any damage, burned out light bulbs and / or plumbing problems to the Community Manager.
- Other duties as assigned
