We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Irrigation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the knowledge necessary to install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems. However, we also welcome applicants who are eager to learn and have a strong work ethic, even if they have little to no experience.
This position will be stationed at one property full-time, working alongside a team of 10 technicians to ensure the property is properly maintained. The role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Training will be provided for those new to the field, offering an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills in irrigation system installation and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Repair and Maintain irrigation systems, including sprinklers, drip lines, and valves
- Troubleshoot and repair irrigation system issues, such as leaks, clogs, and broken components
- Fix drip, lateral and mainline leaks
- Dig trenches for irrigation lines and ensure proper placement of pipes.
- Perform regular inspections of irrigation systems to identify potential problems or inefficiencies
- Replace damaged or malfunctioning equipment
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to irrigation installation and repair.
- Perform necessary heavy labor to service irrigation systems
- Troubleshoot system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.
- Replace irrigation heads and nozzles
- Troubleshooting, diagnosis and repairing irrigation problems.
- Follow proper safety standards
- Participate in continuous training and development activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and knowledge sharing.
