Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as an On-Site Association Manager! We're on the lookout for a licensed community association manager (LCAM) in sunny Florida to lead the charge in managing a homeowners’ association (HOA) or condominium association. Responsibilities:
1. Meetings:
- Schedule and facilitate board, architectural review, and fining committee meetings.
- Create Meeting minutes for board and committee meetings
- Carry out actions decided by the Board of Directors.
2. Community Oversight:
- Inspect and maintain association grounds and amenities.
- Ensure compliance with association policies and procedures.
3. Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and board members.
- Manage community communications, including newsletters, bulletin boards, and websites.
4. Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the association’s budget.
- Oversee payment processing and financial reporting.
5. Vendor Management:
- Contract and supervise service providers for maintenance and other community services.
- Ensure all work is completed to the association’s standards.
6. Conflict Resolution:
- Address and resolve homeowner complaints and disputes.
- Mediate conflicts between residents and the association.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of statutes for assigned Condominium or Homeowner Association type.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Project management and leadership skills, especially supervising on-site personnel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and tech-savvy in leveraging tools for administrative efficiency.
Education and Experience:
- LCAM Certification in accordance with Florida state laws
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in community association management.
- Experience managing large scale projects
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
