We are seeking a full-time front desk receptionist for our corporate office.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and greeting residents
- Assisting residents with questions
- Assisting Manager and residents with payment services, and balance inquiries
- Distributing gate keys to homeowners
- Prepare work orders for maintenance department
- Processing community mailings
- Distributing mail to the appropriate team members
- Ordering office supplies
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish required
- HOA knowledge is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift / push up to 25lbs
