Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage consolidations and intercompany accounting for multiple entities.
- Perform technical accounting research and assist with policy implementation.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.
- Support audit processes, including coordination with external auditors.
- Assist in preparing reports for lenders and regulatory bodies.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a mid-to-large company or public accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- CPA certification preferred but not required.
Salary : $95,000 - $125,000
