Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in the industry, preferably within an IT service provider environment. This role is 85% technical and 15% process improvement, requiring a self-motivated individual who can manage both their own workload and their team effectively. The ideal candidate will drive organizational goals with minimal supervision while ensuring project timelines are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Leadership: Partner with clients to deliver high-quality IT services.
- Technology Framework Management: Oversee and track technology framework initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. ITIL training or awareness is a plus.
- Escalation Management: Act as the escalation point for technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution and client satisfaction.
- Client Engagement: Occasionally visit client sites to provide hands-on support and strengthen client relationships.
- Technical Documentation: Communicate effectively and provide periodic reports to clients
- On-site support: Travel locally to provide client on-site support. Must have reliable transportation.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years in IT, ideally in an IT service provider setting

- Microsoft Server Technologies
- Active Directory & Group Policy
- Microsoft 365 & Azure
- Network Infrastructure (Switches, Firewalls, Wireless Troubleshooting)
